verify pass 3: FML token correction + BungeeGuard/cmd-providers from live source

archive.org Wayback was network-blocked; pivoted to live GitHub. Key fix: FML
host token is \0FML\0 (not \0FML2/3\0 — those are FMLNETVERSION ints on the
fml:handshake channel); modern Forge uses \0FORGE/\0FORGEn. Confirmed BungeeGuard
backend token check (lucko source), 4 cmd suggestion providers, 26.2 interval_select
worldgen-only, corrected 1.14 villager metadata layout.

Closed most remaining UNCONFIRMED items + caught corrections: 1.7 data[]=proto5,
1.8 multi-block nibble order (z/x), stance y+1.62, 1.15 wolf idx18=begging,
1.18 below-zero sections NOT stripped (claim was wrong), CONTAINER_SLOT_STATE
1.20.3, + pinned first-appeared versions (report details/server links=1.21,
fluidCount=26.1, block-state id14=1.19.4, itemCount VarInt=1.20.5).

verify pass: resolve VERIFY flags (corrections + citations + honest UNCONFIRMED)

Corrected real errors: several 1.7.x release dates, resource_pack_send version,
config packet ordering, structured-component count (56), PLAYER_LOADED (1.21.4),
entity_sound_effect field order. Confirmed+cited the rest; remaining ~19 items
re-marked UNCONFIRMED (third-party/ViaLegacy/26.2 internals unreachable from refs).
